Box Office Requirements

  • Masks Optional (audience members) *

    • Audience members are not required to remain masked during a performance, however, masks are strongly encouraged.

    • We ask that any patron who is feeling ill to please stay home and utilize our ticket exchange options. Our cast, crew and volunteers are expected to do the same.

  • Policies & Operation Hours

    • Until further notice, County Players will not be open to the public outside of performances. Early arrival for audiences will be limited to one hour prior to performance time. Please prepare for inclement weather as necessary.

  • Ticketing

    • All audience members may purchase tickets online or by phone (845-298-1491.)  Ticket options will be limited to touchless ticketing (mobile/digital) or print-at-home only; no printed tickets will be available for will call pick up.

    • Digital programs are available for all performances.

Box Office Policies

If you purchase tickets online, by phone or email, we can send you your tickets via email as printed tickets will not be provided at the box office. Upon arrival to the theatre, you will be required to provide the name of the ticket holder prior to being seated.

All non-subscription tickets must be purchased as described below. We do not accept unpaid reservations.

Payment may be made in one of the following ways:

  1. Purchase tickets online:
    PURCHASE TICKETS
  2. Call the Box Office at 845-298-1491 and leave a message. Purchase your ticket by using your MasterCard, VISA, AMEX or Discover Card. When you call, you will be asked to provide the following information:
    1. your billing street address and zip code.
    2. say and spell your full name.
    3. quantity of tickets desired.
    4. date you would like the tickets
    5. a phone number where you can be reached.
  3. Submit a ticket request using our online form. We will call you back to get your payment information.
  4. Purchase tickets by mailing a check to the Box Office.  Send to:

All ticket sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges can be made for another performance of the same play, pending availability, provided you contact the box office prior to your original ticket date. A $5 per ticket exchange fee applies to all individual (non subscription) ticket exchanges.

If you or someone in your party is ill, we would be happy to exchange your tickets to another performance of the same show, or apply the unused tickets to your account as vouchers to be used for a future production (within the same season).

Wheelchair Access

If you require wheelchair accessibility, please contact our Box Office prior to purchasing tickets at 845-298-1491.

Assisted Hearing Devices

Assisted hearing devices are freely available to patrons with hearing loss during all performances to assist them with amplification and clarity. The system makes use of lightweight headsets with adjustable volume controls, and patrons can sit anywhere in the theater to use them. Headsets are available at the Box Office in the lobby prior to the performance. A major credit card or driver’s license is required as collateral.

FAQ

  • May I still purchase tickets through the box office?  When tickets become available, you may still purchase tickets from the box office by phone (845-298-1491), or mail, or by email using our online ticket request form.
  • Is there a service charge for purchasing tickets online?  There is a $1.50 per ticket service charge for tickets purchased online.  There is NO service charge for tickets purchased through the box office, phone or email.
  • What If I can’t attend all of the performances for my subscription?  Subject to availability, tickets can be exchanged for another night by calling the box office (845-298-1491) BEFORE the night for which you have seats.
