A ROMANTIC HOLIDAY COMEDY | CP2

The Wickhams: Christmas at Pemberley

by Lauren Gunderson and Margot Melcon
Directed by Michael J. Frohnhoefer
Evenings at 8pm   | Sat 12/6

Sun Matinee 2pm | Sun 12/7

A splendid holiday gift.

In this companion play to Miss Bennet, Gunderson and Melcon once again bring Austen’s beloved characters to the stage for a yuletide sequel. While Miss Bennet depicted the newly wed Darcys’ Christmas gathering on the ground floor of Pemberley, The Wickhams takes audiences to the downstairs servants’ quarters for that same celebration.

The Wickhams: Christmas at Pemberley is presented by special arrangement with Broadway Licensing, LLC, servicing the Dramatists Play Service collection. dramatists.com

CP2 Readers Theatre is an exciting series at County Players which offers an opportunity for actors, directors, and audience members to experience theater in a fresh way: selected plays with full dramatic readings, no costumes, no sets, no props, and the actors perform with scripts in hand. These shows are an incredible opportunity to experience great theater stripped to its essence: the playwright’s words.
