Annual Meeting – June 13 at 2pm
ANNUAL MEETING
Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and its impact, Governor Cuomo in Executive Order 202.18 amended Section 603(b) of the Not for Profit Corporations Law to the extent necessary to permit annual meetings of members to be held remotely or by electronic means.
Accordingly, the County Players, Inc. Annual Meeting will be held:
DATE: June 13, 2021
TIME: 2:00 pm
LOCATION: Remotely via a password protected Zoom meeting.
During the meeting one voting item will be brought before the membership for a vote:
1. Election of the Board of Governors
We encourage all current members to participate by utilizing a proxy ballot form to vote and, if you desire, by attending the meeting remotely.
If you are interested in attending the meeting, please feel free to email Christine Crawfis at president@countyplayers.org by June 4, 2021 at 11:59 pm to receive information to gain access to the password protected meeting.
