ANNUAL MEETING Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and its impact, Governor Cuomo in Executive Order 202.18 amended Section 603(b) of the Not for Profit Corporations Law to the extent necessary to permit annual meetings of members to be held remotely or by electronic means.
